The Bounce Back Method

Eight weeks. Five moves. In order.

Bounce Back with Coach Tracey

No open-ended coaching and no drifting. Each two-week block prepares you for the next.

Weeks 1-2

HealIdentify + understand

We start by naming what is actually happening. You trace where the pattern began, what it protects, and which behavior is costing you most right now.

Weeks 3-4

RebuildInterrupt

You learn to spot the pattern while it is running, build a pause between trigger and response, and put one useful structure in its place.

Weeks 5-6

DisciplineRebuild

You create routines and accountability that work on difficult days. The goal is consistency that survives real life, not a perfect week.

Weeks 7-8

ReinventExecute

You define the next version of your work and life, then write a 90-day continuation plan in your own words.

What the eight weeks include.

Weekly private sessionsOne-to-one coaching at a consistent time.

AccountabilityCheck-ins that keep the work moving between conversations.

Questions people ask first.

If yours is not here, bring it to the free call.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not a substitute for mental-health care. This program works forward from your present goals and behaviors. If therapy is the better fit, Tracey will tell you.

What does trauma-informed mean here?

It means recognizing how past experience can shape present behavior, working with consent and pacing, and staying within the boundaries of coaching.

Do I need to identify a major traumatic event?

No. Many clients are functioning well and still feel stuck in patterns they cannot explain. The starting point is what is happening now.

Why eight weeks?

A clear start and finish create focus. Eight weeks gives each stage enough time to practice while keeping the work concrete and accountable.

Can we work remotely?

Yes. Sessions are available by video across the United States. In-person coaching is available in Palm Beach County.
